Live Chat Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Varjo Technologies, a leading virtual and augmented reality technology company, is seeking a dynamic Live Chat Manager to join our team. This is a part-time position that allows for remote work from home. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer service or a similar field, you will play a critical role in managing our live chat support system and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all aspects of the live chat support system, including responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with the customer service team to provide seamless and efficient support to our customers - Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience - Train and mentor team members to ensure high-quality support and customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our live chat support system

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - Proven experience in managing customer service or live chat support systems - Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Energetic and motivated personality traits - Attention to detail and strong teamwork skills
