Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

Huhtamaki is seeking a part-time Live Chat Officer to join our team in Turku, Finland. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in customer service or related fields. The ideal candidate will be resilient and driven, with strong planning skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide support and assistance - Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner - Document customer interactions and follow up as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Resilient and driven personality traits - Strong planning and attention to detail skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Fluency in English and Finnish required
