Live Chat Officer

Olvi is seeking a reliable and dedicated Live Chat Officer to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via live chat to provide timely and accurate information - Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Use persuasion skills to upsell products or services when appropriate - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Requirements: - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Strong persuasion skills - 4 years of customer service experience - Proficiency in using live chat software - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
