Remote Live Chat Officer

Swappie is seeking a highly motivated and confident Remote Live Chat Officer to join our team in Turku, Finland. As a leading re-commerce company, Swappie is revolutionizing the way people buy and sell refurbished electronics. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Analyze customer communication to identify trends and provide feedback to improve service levels - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
