Job Description: Remote Live Chat Representative

GrainSense is seeking a part-time Remote Live Chat Representative to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. This position is entry level, requiring at least 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate will be resourceful and motivated, with strong decision-making and communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via live chat - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response times, resolution times, and customer satisfaction scores - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong decision-making abilities - Resourceful problem solver - Must be self-motivated and able to work independently - Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
