Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

Relex Solutions is seeking a part-time Live Chat Representative to join our team in Helsinki, Uusimaa, Finland. As an Associate Level Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through live chat support. This position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via live chat - Assist customers with product information, orders, and troubleshooting - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve the customer experience

Requirements: - Passionate and driven individual who is committed to providing top-notch customer service - Strong attention to detail and excellent decision-making skills - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
