Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

Outokumpu, a leading stainless steel manufacturer, is seeking a part-time Live Chat Representative to join our team in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI. As an Associate Level member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our live chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to address inquiries, provide product information, resolve issues, and offer solutions - Utilize strategic planning and presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers and promote company products and services - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while assisting customers with their needs - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and provide timely resolutions - Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives in the live chat environment - Meet or exceed customer service metrics and goals set by the company

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service role - Confident and dedicated personality traits - Strong strategic planning skills - Excellent presentation skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in using live chat platforms and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent
