Live Chat Representative

Job Description: Yeply, a leading online platform in Tampere, is seeking a part-time Live Chat Representative to join our team. As an Associate Level Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through live chat support for our users. You will engage with customers in real-time to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience on our platform.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally via live chat - Provide accurate information about our services and products - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency in customer support

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Resilient personality with a passion for helping others - Strong analytical skills and ability to think critically - Previous leadership experience is a plus
