Remote Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

Konecranes, a global leader in lifting equipment and solutions, is seeking a part-time Remote Live Chat Representative to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, Finland. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and issues through live chat in a professional and timely manner - Providing accurate information about our products and services to customers - Assisting customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any concerns they may have - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any further needs or questions - Utilizing project management skills to keep track of customer interactions and follow-ups

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment - Proficiency in typing and multitasking in a fast-paced, remote setting - Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to different customer needs - Leadership skills to take charge of customer interactions and provide exceptional service - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Hardworking attitude with a dedication to customer satisfaction
