Live Chat Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Lean Entries is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Live Chat Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home. As a Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through live chat interactions.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues through live chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and issue resolution - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure - Resilient and independent personality traits - Experience with people management and conflict resolution is a plus
