Job Description: We are seeking a Live Chat Specialist to join our team at Measur in Turku, Finland. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through our live chat platform to provide assistance, answer questions, and resolve issues - Utilize analytical skills to identify customer needs and recommend solutions or products - Demonstrate leadership by guiding customers through the sales process and closing deals - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling potentially difficult customer interactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or sales role - Resilient and resourceful personality traits to handle challenging situations effectively - Strong analytical skills to understand customer needs and preferences - Leadership skills to guide customers through the sales process - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Finnish - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools
