Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Curious AI is seeking a dynamic and reliable Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. As an Associate Level Live Chat Specialist, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our live chat platform. This part-time position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through our live chat platform, providing assistance and support with inquiries, troubleshooting, and product information - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout all interactions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve any complex issues or complaints - Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to the appropriate teams - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic personality with strong communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously - Strong cooperation skills and emotional intelligence - Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision
