Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Paulig is seeking a part-time Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Espoo, Finland. As an Associate Level Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our live chat platform. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess the following personality traits: resilience and motivation.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through live chat to resolve inquiries, provide product information, and assist with orders. 2. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and problem resolution. 4. Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer issues efficiently and effectively. 5. Conduct research to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers. 6. Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and response times.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or live chat role. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 3. Resilient and motivated individual who excels in a customer-facing role. 4. Proven ability to problem-solve and research information to provide accurate responses. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with live chat software preferred.
