Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Live Chat Specialist to join our team at SingleStore in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. As an Entry Level position, we are seeking candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be confident, resourceful, innovative, and analytical.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address customer needs and ensure satisfaction - Monitor chat conversations to identify trends, common issues, and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and provide comprehensive solutions - Maintain accurate records of interactions and customer details in our CRM system - Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Confident and resourceful personality - Strong communication skills and ability to multitask - Innovative and analytical mindset - Familiarity with CRM systems and live chat platforms - Fluent in English and Finnish
