Job Description:


KONE Corporation is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Live Chat Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home. As an Entry Level position with the company, you will be responsible for managing our live chat platform and providing excellent customer service to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries through the live chat platform in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers. 3. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions. 4. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve customer complaints or issues. 5. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while interacting with customers. 6. Strive to exceed customer expectations and provide a memorable experience. 7. Keep detailed records of customer interactions for future reference. 8. Continuously improve your product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 4. Resilient and able to handle difficult customers with professionalism. 5. Energetic and enthusiastic with a positive attitude. 6. Strong people management skills and emotional intelligence. 7. Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively. 8. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home.
