Live Chat Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Valio is seeking a part-time Live Chat Specialist to join our team, working remotely from home in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. As an Associate Level employee with at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or similar role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our live chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues - Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, even in challenging situations - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer concerns - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Continuously seek feedback and opportunities for improvement in the live chat process

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or related role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Resilient and adaptable personality traits - Soft skills in adaptability and negotiation - High school diploma or equivalent required
