Live Chat Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Measur is seeking a motivated and experienced Live Chat Specialist to join our team. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Vantaa, Uusimaa, Finland. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through live chat interactions on our website.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information through live chat in a prompt and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with order placement, returns, refunds, and other inquiries. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively. 4. Utilize resources and tools to provide accurate information to customers. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience. 6. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong problem-solving skills. 5. Hardworking and reliable. 6. Creative and able to think outside the box. 7. Experience in people management is a plus.
