Live Chat Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and independent Live Chat Specialist to join our team at Loupedeck. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our users through our live chat platform. This is a part-time position that can be done from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues through our live chat platform in a timely and professional manner - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users with any product-related issues - Identify and escalate any trending or high-impact issues to the appropriate team members for resolution - Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve the customer experience - Utilize decision-making skills to provide effective solutions to customer inquiries - Use creativity to find unique and innovative ways to enhance the user experience on the platform

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong decision-making skills and ability to think on your feet - Creative problem-solving skills to address customer issues in a unique and effective manner - Confidence in using technology and willingness to learn new systems - Must have a dedicated home office space with a reliable internet connection
