Job Description - Online Account Support Assistant

Job Description:


Omocom is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Online Account Support Assistant to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide online support to customers regarding their accounts and transactions. 2. Assist with account setup and troubleshooting for new users. 3. Handle customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 4. Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. 6. Assist in the development and implementation of new account support processes. 7. Contribute to the overall success of the online account support team.


Requirements: 1. Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. 2. Critical thinking ability to analyze and solve complex account issues. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with online account management systems. 6. Prior customer service experience is a plus.
