Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Online Account Support Assistant to join our team at Normet in Vantaa, Uusimaa, Finland. As the Online Account Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our online account holders, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues regarding their online accounts via email, chat, or phone - Resolve account-related problems and troubleshoot technical issues as needed - Assist customers with account setup, password resets, and other account management tasks - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve more complex issues - Provide proactive communication and updates to customers regarding their accounts - Work closely with the Online Account Manager to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of online account processes - Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for enhancements to the online account experience - Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to online account management
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or account support roles - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Driven and confident personality traits - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
