Online Account Support Associate

Job Description:

Raisio plc is seeking a part-time Online Account Support Associate to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are resourceful, reliable, and have a passion for customer service and online account management.

Responsibilities: - Provide online account support to customers, including answering inquiries, resolving issues, and processing requests in a timely and professional manner - Manage customer accounts, including updating information, tracking transactions, and maintaining accurate records - Conduct research to identify trends, analyze data, and make recommendations for improving customer satisfaction - Assist with presentations and reports related to online account performance and customer engagement - Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for enhancing the online account support experience - Foster relationships with customers and provide exceptional service to ensure customer retention and loyalty

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively present information - Excellent research skills and the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights - Highly organized with great attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with online account management systems is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred - No prior experience required, training will be provided
