Job Description:
We are currently seeking a part-time Online Account Support Associate to join our team at Louhia in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional support to clients with online account-related inquiries and issues. 2. Manage and update customer account information accurately and efficiently. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues related to online accounts and provide timely resolutions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of customer support strategies. 6. Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers and colleagues. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online account management.
Requirements: 1. Energetic and resilient personality traits to effectively communicate with customers and handle challenging situations. 2. Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills to efficiently address customer inquiries and technical issues. 3. Experience working in a customer support or account management role for at least 4 years. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. 5. Proficient in using online account management tools and software. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
