Job Description:

Nightingale Health is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Account Support Associate to join our team in Turku, Finland. This part-time entry-level position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company in the health industry.

Responsibilities: - Provide online account support for customers, including troubleshooting technical issues, answering inquiries, and assisting with online account management. - Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure a seamless experience for clients. - Assist in the development and implementation of online account support strategies. - Monitor customer feedback and escalate any issues or trends to the appropriate teams. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or related field. - Resilient and independent personality traits. - Strong strategic planning and critical thinking skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
