Online Account Support Associate

Job Description: Raisio plc, a leading food and agribusiness company, is seeking a part-time Online Account Support Associate to join our team in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess the necessary skills and personality traits to excel in this position.

Responsibilities: - Provide online account support to customers, including answering inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with account maintenance - Manage and update customer account information accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns - Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction - Provide quality assurance on all customer interactions and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

Requirements: - Resourceful and confident individual with strong problem-solving skills - Excellent people management skills with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner - Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of online account management systems and experience with customer support software - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
