Job Description:
Ponsse is seeking a highly experienced Online Account Support Manager to join our team in Tampere, FI on a part-time basis. As an Online Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing online customer accounts, providing support, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee online customer accounts, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and issues - Provide technical support to customers using online platforms - Troubleshoot and resolve any account-related issues or discrepancies - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns - Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback to continuously improve online account support services - Train and mentor junior team members on account management best practices - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and retention - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online account support management
