Olvi is seeking a part-time Online Account Support Officer to join our team in Helsinki, Uusimaa, Finland. As an Associate Level employee with at least 3 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our online account holders.
Responsibilities: - Respond to inquiries and resolve issues from online account holders via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with navigating the online platform, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing information on products and services - Monitor online accounts for fraudulent activity and take appropriate action to protect account holders - Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex technical problems - Provide feedback on customer trends and issues to help improve the overall user experience - Assist with account maintenance, account creation, and password reset requests - Meet and exceed key performance indicators for customer satisfaction and issue resolution
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or online support roles - Hardworking and dedicated with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Strong cooperation and decision-making skills - Proficiency in using online support tools and systems - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
