Online Account Support Officer

Job description:

Elliptic Labs is seeking a diligent and independent Online Account Support Officer to join our team in Turku, Finland. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The Online Account Support Officer will be responsible for providing support to customers through various online platforms, ensuring a seamless experience and addressing any issues or inquiries that may arise.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information - Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to online accounts - Assist with account setup, password resets, and general account management - Collaborate with other team members to enhance the online customer experience - Monitor online account activity for any suspicious or fraudulent behavior - Identify opportunities for improvement and suggest potential solutions - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in online account management

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer support or online account management role - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and under pressure - Highly organized and detail-oriented - Proficient in using online platforms and customer service tools - Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices is a plus
