Online Account Support Officer

Job Description:

HMD Global is seeking a part-time Online Account Support Officer to join our team in Turku, Varsinais Suomi. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide online support to customers who have queries or require assistance with their accounts - Monitor and manage online account activity to ensure security and compliance with company policies - Analyze customer data and trends to identify opportunities for improving user experience and increasing customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other team members to address customer issues and resolve queries in a timely manner - Assist with the development and implementation of online account support strategies - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Independent and resourceful individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced online environment - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends - Proven teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using online account management tools and software
