Online Account Support Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Online Account Support Representative to join our team at Kesko in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. As an Associate Level professional with at least 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online account holders.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information regarding account status, orders, and general inquiries - Assist customers with account login issues, password resets, and account maintenance tasks - Process account updates, modifications, and cancellations as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customer problems - Identify opportunities to improve the online account support process and make recommendations for enhancements - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and account activities - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to better assist customers - Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service or support role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to think critically and strategically to solve customer problems - Proficiency in using online account management systems and CRM tools - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online account management best practices
