Job Description:
Loupedeck, a leading technology company based in Vantaa, Uusimaa, is seeking a passionate and motivated Online Account Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level role, we require at least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide online account support to customers via email, live chat, and phone. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and account maintenance. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer problems. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to better assist customers. 7. Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. 8. Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve customer support processes. 9. Assist in creating support documentation and training materials for customers and team members.
Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers. 2. Leadership skills to take charge of customer interactions and provide exceptional service. 3. Critical thinking skills to analyze customer issues and develop solutions. 4. Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems. 5. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. 6. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 7. A passion for technology and a desire to help customers succeed. 8. Motivated and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment. 9. Proficiency in English and Finnish languages.
