Job Description:
Uponor is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Account Support Specialist to join our team in Turku, Finland. As an Associate-level position, the Online Account Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our online accounts and assisting with various tasks related to customer service and account management.
Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate support to online accounts, including answering inquiries, resolving issues, and processing orders - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth account management and customer satisfaction - Assist with account setup, maintenance, and monitoring to ensure data accuracy and compliance - Participate in strategic planning to optimize online account performance and drive growth - Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and tools to enhance the online account experience - Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities to recommend improvements
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - At least 3 years of experience in a similar role - Energetic and resourceful personality traits - Strong teamwork and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Experience with online platforms and e-commerce tools is a plus
