Online Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

Blueprint Genetics is seeking a part-time Online Call Center Assistant to join our team in Turku, Finland. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be resourceful and driven, with strong decision-making skills and a knack for innovation.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with placing orders, scheduling appointments, and resolving any issues or concerns - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Provide support for online chat and email communication channels as needed - Stay up-to-date on product offerings and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making abilities - Innovation mindset - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
