Online Call Center Assistant

Job description:

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Online Call Center Assistant to join our team at Wolt in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. This is a part-time role with associate level seniority and requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints or issues - Processing orders and assisting customers with placing orders online - Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate team member - Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team - Strong negotiation skills and critical thinking abilities - Proficiency in using call center software and other applications - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - High school diploma or equivalent
