Online Call Center Associate

Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Online Call Center Associate to join our team at Wolt in Turku. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but we are seeking individuals with strong analytical skills and excellent decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities: - Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional manner - Providing information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, orders, and other inquiries - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in the system - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction - Meeting or exceeding performance goals and targets set by the company

Requirements: - Passionate about customer service and helping others - Dedicated to providing exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations - Strong analytical skills and ability to make informed decisions - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using computer and software applications - Ability to work well in a team and independently - Fluency in both spoken and written English
