Online Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Infinited Fiber Company is seeking an Online Call Center Associate to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. In this part-time entry-level position, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls from customers and providing them with excellent service and support.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer calls in a professional and efficient manner - Provide accurate information about products and services - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner - Process orders and returns - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times - Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Confident and motivated personality - Strong leadership and analysis skills - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic computer skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
