Job Description - Online Call Center Manager

Job Description: GrainSense is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Call Center Manager to oversee our customer service operations. This part-time position is based in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI and offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of online call center representatives - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and efficiency - Oversee the daily operations of the call center, ensuring all customer inquiries are handled promptly and effectively - Train and coach call center agents to provide exceptional service to customers - Monitor call center performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service or call center management role - Energetic and motivated personality - Excellent communication and people management skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
