Online Call Center Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Online Call Center Officer to join our team at Raisio plc in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, Finland. As an Associate Level position, the Online Call Center Officer will be responsible for handling incoming calls and queries from customers in an online environment. This is a part-time role, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and efficient manner - Providing accurate information and resolving customer queries effectively - Conducting research to provide thorough responses to customer inquiries - Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless customer service - Ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Strong teamwork and research skills - Reliable and dedicated work ethic - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using CRM software and online communication tools
