Online Call Center Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Call Center Officer to join our team at Valmet in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess a driven and energetic personality.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer calls and emails promptly and courteously. 2. Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding products and services. 3. Process customer orders and handle any related issues or complaints. 4. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues. 6. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and provide feedback to management. 7. Assist with online marketing campaigns and promotions.

Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in customer service or call center role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Strategic planning and decision-making skills. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
