As an Online Call Center Officer at Next Games, located in Helsinki, Uusimaa, FI, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to players of our online games through various communication channels. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from players regarding game-related inquiries, technical issues, and feedback. 2. Resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction in a timely and professional manner. 3. Providing accurate information about game features, updates, and promotions. 4. Troubleshooting technical problems and escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate department. 5. Documenting all interactions with customers accurately in the CRM system. 6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and optimize processes. 7. Adhering to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Requirements: 1. Independent and reliable individual with a strong sense of responsibility towards delivering excellent customer service. 2. Proficient in problem-solving and adapting to various situations to address customer needs effectively. 3. Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 5. Familiarity with online gaming industry trends and technologies. 6. Experience using CRM systems and helpdesk software. 7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the needs of the business.
