Online Call Center Representative

Job Description: Elliptic Labs is currently seeking a part-time Online Call Center Representative to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone and online chat in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering and responding to customer inquiries and issues via phone and online chat. 2. Providing excellent customer service by actively listening to customer needs and offering solutions. 3. Troubleshooting technical issues and providing technical support to customers. 4. Escalating complex issues to higher levels of support when necessary. 5. Following up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction. 6. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer experience.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Reliable and dedicated individual with excellent communication skills. 3. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. 4. Ability to persuade and effectively communicate with customers. 5. Proficiency in using computer software and online chat platforms. 6. Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
