Online Call Center Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and confident Online Call Center Representative to join our team at MariaDB in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, Finland. In this part-time position at the Associate Level, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online channels.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via online chat, email, and social media platforms. 2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and account-related issues. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 4. Escalate complex cases to senior representatives or appropriate departments for resolution. 5. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times. 6. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 5. Ability to cooperate effectively with team members and demonstrate leadership qualities. 6. Proficient in using online communication tools and platforms.
