Online Call Center Representative

Neles is seeking a dedicated and independent Online Call Center Representative to join our team in Turku, Finland. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via telephone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information about products and services, as well as resolve customer complaints and issues. 3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. 4. Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and provide additional assistance as needed. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experiences.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form. 2. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Creativity in problem-solving and finding solutions for customers. 4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools. 6. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
