Online Chat Support Assistant

Job Description: Kamux is seeking a part-time Online Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa. This is an entry-level position with no prior experience required. As an Online Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing efficient and professional customer support through online chat services.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and providing assistance via online chat - Resolving customer issues and escalations in a timely manner - Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through effective communication - Keeping accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards all customers

Requirements: - Resilient and independent personality traits - Strong negotiation skills and emotional intelligence - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Basic computer skills and proficiency in using online chat platforms - Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
