Online Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

Vire Labs is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Online Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide online chat support to customers, answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and technical support - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and support - Contribute to strategic planning for improving customer support processes and procedures - Display leadership qualities in helping to mentor and train new team members - Uphold the company's standards of quality in all interactions with customers - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in online chat support or customer service - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer support software - Strategic planning skills and the ability to think creatively to improve processes - Leadership qualities to help guide and mentor team members - Understanding of the importance of quality in all aspects of work
