As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional online chat support to our clients, assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and providing solutions via online chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating them to the appropriate team if necessary - Providing product information and guidance to potential customers - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer support experience - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assisting with other customer support-related tasks as needed
