Online Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

Wolt is looking for a part-time Online Chat Support Associate to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: - Provide online chat support to customers, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to our platform - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer inquiries - Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Contribute to the development of new support processes and procedures - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills

Requirements: - Reliable and resourceful with a strong work ethic - Excellent project management skills - Strong analytical abilities to identify and solve problems efficiently - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in using online chat support tools and systems - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
