Online Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an Online Chat Support Officer at Bittium in Vantaa, Uusimaa, Finland. Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via online chat - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies - Assist in developing and implementing chat support strategies - Uphold the company's values and customer service standards - Provide feedback to improve overall customer experience

Requirements: - Strong communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Resilient and able to work under pressure - Energetic and enthusiastic attitude - Ability to think strategically and exhibit leadership qualities - No prior experience required, full training will be provided - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in using chat support software is a plus
