Online Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

Louhia is seeking a part-time Online Chat Support Officer to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, Finland. As an Associate Level employee with at least 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing online chat support to our customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via online chat platform. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive customer experience. 4. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and updates to effectively assist customers.

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and hardworking individual with a strong work ethic. 2. Demonstrated leadership skills and emotional intelligence. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Experience working in a customer service or technical support role is preferred. 6. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software.
