Online Chat Support Representative

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Online Chat Support Representative to join our team at Vaisala in Tampere, Finland. As an entry-level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant experience and possess a strong drive and confidence to excel in this role.

Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through online chat support - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and technical support - Identify and escalate any issues or trends to the appropriate department for resolution - Collaborate with other team members to deliver exceptional customer service and support - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer focus in all interactions

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively - Excellent presentation skills to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner - Driven and confident attitude with a passion for customer service - Prior experience in a customer service or technical support role is preferred - Must be a team player with the ability to work independently
