Job Description:
Varjo Technologies is seeking an Online Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Vantaa, FI. As an Associate Level position, the Online Chat Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support through online chat channels. This part-time role requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide product information through online chat support. - Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously to ensure timely and accurate responses. - Document and track customer interactions and technical issues for follow-up and resolution. - Collaborate with other support team members to escalate complex issues as needed. - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. - Contribute to the improvement of support processes by providing feedback and suggestions for efficiency.
Requirements: - Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail. - Resourceful and independent problem-solving skills to assist customers effectively. - Strong people management skills to handle challenging customer interactions. - Ability to make quick and sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. - Experience in a customer service or technical support role preferred.
